Any sensible person already knew they were lying. That's why it's called "The Big Lie." Yet, even in the face of this irrefutable evidence of the lying on Fox News, Trump supporters will continue to believe the bullshit.

They're so invested in it that their world would come toppling down if they were to admit the truth. In that way, it's a lot like a cult.

This is a false equivalency. Fox is different. It's one thing to be biased or to have poor judgment. It's quite another to knowingly promote lies. That's what Fox does on a daily basis.

A news outlet can express and advocate that in their opinion Trump is the greatest president ever. However, they cannot continuously push and untruth that the election was "stolen" from Trump when they know that it is a lie. Promoting lies to make money from viewership ratings is WRONG. No other major news media outlet has committed such an egregious act as Fox.

Sorry, "but no cigar" lol. NBC, CNN have been hit with high-profile lawsuits on which they reported. I remember Devin Nunes sued CNN which CNN reported on their news station. Nicholas Sandmann who faced off a Native American drummer sued NBC, which NBC reported on their news station. Other news outlets report on suits against them all the time.

What's notable from the filings in the Dominion suit are the revelations that Fox News hosts and executives knew they were promoting lies. Nothing comparable has come out of the Dershowitz suit. (Trump is not a party to the case.)

You want a perfect example: turn on Fox News write down their three top stories.  Change channel to CNBC or CNN write down their top three stories.  Compare the three top stories and Fox doesn't mention any of stories CNN and CNN does not mention any of the stories being reported by Fox. 

Why?  Because each station is just a blow hard fkr their political base.

Cable news programs certainly have their biases. I recommend ignoring the adjectives they use when reporting on a subject.  While journalist may have a bias and may make errors with the content in their reporting, only Fox News knowingly lies to their viewers. Rupert Murdock  Tucker Carlson have admitted that they are not in the business of reporting actual news.

Congress made a big mistake in not making it a requirement that under no circumstances could there be paid advertising during informational broadcasting.

However, Fox not News can be profitable without advertising as they leverage its Right Wing audience to charge above market cable carrying charges.
