Manchin Not Seeking Reelection

Looks like Sen. Manchin(D-WV) won't seek re-election, he might be running for President(possible independent).
Democrats are worried because there's a good chance a Republican will win his seat. I like Manchin
but I doubt he would get 20% of the vote.

Jill Stein is also running for President on the Green Party ticket, third time she's ran and she doesn't stand a chance.

Mitch McConnell in an effort to regain the Senate encouraged popular Republican Governor Jim Justice to run for Manchin's seat.  Manchin saw the "handwriting on the wall" and knew that he could not beat Jim Justice, thus he will not seek reelection.
