Texas Is Winning.

The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has overturned a block on Senate Bill 4, designed to arrest individuals for illegal border crossing into Texas

The block is for 7 days giving the Government a chance tp appeal to the Supreme Court. I think we all know where that is going to go...

This isn't the latest development. The feds have already appealed the Fifth Circuit's decision, and this past Monday the Supreme Court stayed the decision until next Wednesday.
