The polling he's referring to seems to confirm that a shit ton of Americans either want a dictatorship, are too stupid to see the threat, or are ambivalent about it. It's also evidence that the constant misinformation put out by right-wing media is having the intended effect. What a country.

You're misinformed. Investigations by U.S. intelligence agencies, as well as the bipartisan Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, found the Russians actively tried to interfere in our elections.

Additionally, while the Mueller investigation found there was insufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the Trump campaign acted criminally with Russia during the 2016 campaign, it did find that they welcomed Russia's help.

This is common knowledge among those following credible sources of information.

As to the Mueller Report"The president was not exculpated ( exculpate= is not guilty of wrongdoing) for the acts that he allegedly committed," Mueller told the House judiciary committee, adding that Trump could theoretically be indicted after he leaves office. Special counsel Robert Mueller's team indicted or got guilty pleas from 34 people and three companies. Six former Trump advisers, 26 Russian nationals, three Russian companies, one California man, and one London-based lawyer. Seven of these people (including five of the six former Trump advisers) have pleaded guilty. Link

So YES, Russia interfered with the 2016 election. There was insufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the Trump Campaign engaged in a criminal conspiracy. However, the findings contained in Mueller's 448-page report chronicles dozens of contacts between the Trump campaign and Russia, as well as 10 potential instances of obstruction of justice by Trump.
