Quote from: thaikhan on Nov 11, 2024, 03:07 PMYes, both Trump and Biden were responsible for all of the covid deaths. Covid started in December of 2019 and didn't really become a pandemic until March/April of 2020.  Covid was officially over in May of 2023.  Trump saw 13 months as President and Biden saw 29 months of it as President.  Biden also oversaw the loss of Roe v Wade in 2022 and has done nothing to codify it. Now that the Republicans have control, at the federal level, women will still not have protection and/or rights to abortion.  Both sides have failed women.  but let's spend time playing the blame game instead of trying to fix problems and coming up with solutions.
After the Alito opinion leaked, the Senate attempted to pass a bill that would have enshrined the right to abortion in law. However, it fell short of the sixty votes required, with every Republican and Democrat Joe Manchin voting against it.
