I don't recall him explicitly promising to replace career DOJ lawyers with Trump loyalists. I mean, it's not shocking because he's an autocrat, but I don't think he came right out and said it.

But in a companion Project 2025 document we have this gem:

all started in the 80's with John Birch Society, they were anti-communist, now they embrace it. Putins little bitch
Project 2025 will train thousands of patriotic Americans to serve in the next presidential administration and enact the conservative policy reforms that will save our country.

Incidentally, this passage doesn't contemplate Trump specifically. The far-right radicals of Project 2025, who hilariously call themselves "conservative," have been planning this for a while, with or without Trump.
