President Trump is pissed off that Gen. Milley called him a fascist. As a response, Trump is acting like a fascist by ordering his new SecDef to punish the retired general by revoking his security detail, his security clearance, and ordering an investigation into Milley's conduct.

Milley didn't become Chairman of the Joint Chiefs by being a malingerer, but he had the gall to stand up to Trump.

And people wonder why Biden gave some people preemptive pardons.

Pardons were given due to knowing they broke the law. Period.
I would guess many pardons will end up deleted and the people will prevail with Justice.

I was going to question your assertion until I saw that you wrote "Period." That made me think twice.

Please advise how Presidential Pardons can be deleted.

Did Bande say he is on his period?  Lol. Many times people don't have the money to fight so they agree to plead guilty to lesser crime.  From what have learned...to fight a federal felony charge in court hiring a good attorney will cost upwards to 1 million dollars.

As discussed, in the U.S. justice system, 94% of prosecuted state criminal cases and 97% of federal criminal cases end in plea bargains. It has been that way for over 50 years.

I'm lost. Bande claimed that Biden issued preemptive pardons to Milley and others "knowing they broke the law." He stated this as if it were an established fact despite having no evidence, so I replied with a little sarcasm.

What does not having the money to fight a charge have to do with this?
