You don't LOL  Providers can go-to our list of members and add who they want... she can also invite those she knows that are not members yet to sign up and then add them to her room. Who she invites or doesn't invite is solely up to her... it's her room privacy... is the same as in any hotel room or private residence.

Although ladies have full control of their rooms, may invite anyone they choose the intent of the rooms are not really for every hobbyist to be invited, especially lookie-loos.  Rooms are primarily for those that have been or are clients to stay in touch.
