Two Secret Service agents have come forward saying that Trump didn't assault any agents and didn't grab the steering wheel but I doubt they will get a chance to testify in Congress. Cassidy Hutchinson wasn't with Trump in the vehicle and basically testified hearsay. A lot of people(including myself) are wondering how someone in the back of a limo could grab a steering wheel, I've been in limos and it would be nearly impossible.

People in the White House Administration are held to higher standards than regular folk.  What was told to Cassidy Hutchinson about Trump was from other officials' reports that were there and what was reported to her.  This is not hearsay.  If Secret Service wants to testify under oath that this did not take place I am sure they are welcome to testify but they won't...

What criminal codes Trump would be prosecuted on, even IF he is prosecuted is up to the Department of Justice.
I don't envision Trump spending any time behind bars.

I'm sure they will be called to testify. Cassidy Hutchinson testified to what she was TOLD, about the incidence. This is a hearing to gain and understanding not a court aimed at convicting.

An old out of shape man is no threat physically to a fit secret service agent. Even if he were to grab hold to the steering wheel, it's not like he could turn the vehicle around and drive it to the Capitol.

The point of this testimony was to establish that Trump wanted to be with the "protestors" at the Capitol. What was he going to do there is an interesting question.

Not quite the case for Trump if you happen to be an eyewitness as to what happened on Jan 6. Million of people were watching it unfold from the Rally to the Insurrection.  Trump is guilty and no way can he prove he was innocent of what took place.  Guiliani and the other thugs working with Trump need to be in prison... As an American and Vet, I am disgusted with what took place on Jan. 6 and Trump is such a douchebag he won't accept responisbility for it.
