As long as the rifle is unloaded and locked on the rack can be displayed and transported on truck rear window gun rack. When you leave the truck unattended the truck should be locked. Trucks don't have trunks so where else would you store a rifle during transport?

Of course it is dumb to leave a rifle on rack in a truck... but Bande seemed to think it was because it was illegal not impractical. But then again it might have been... "Bande just being Bande"! LOL
