Perhaps if Trump announces his intention to run again, California will get the High-Speed Rail completed before 2024.  They could end the rail into the Pacific Ocean and Trump with the Tar and Feathers the Jan 6 committee is covering him with, Trump could be the first passenger.  That has to be worth $100 Billion right there.
