Dog sitting...at least there is wine!

My eldest and her Beau have left town for the Labor Day Weekend. And of course dear old Dad, has all the time in the world to care for her dog. lol
Well, there are benefits...I will be alone except for the dog. So I can cook with all the garlic I want! I can cook seafood! without anyone whining about the smell!

So alone time! great food! AND!!! the keys to an extensive wine cellar! What could go wrong?

So about food...Yellow tail in the freezer! I am thinking capers! parmesan cheese! wild rice and artichoke hearts! I will have to dig deep in the wine cellar to find a suitable white wine...Pinot Grigio or have to go with Schramsberg Champagne. If I go with the champagne I am committed to the whole bottle...LOL!!!
