Justice Kagan who was appointed by Obama made remarks saying that CO overstepped their jobs by booting Trump off the ballot. Basically saying it was unconstitutional removing Trump when he hasn't been convicted of any felonies.
If liberal justices are leery then I believe the SCOTUS will rule in favor of Trump.

I didn't hear Kagan say anything at all about Trump not having been convicted of any felonies. Instead, she suggested that removing a candidate from a state ballot in a national election has national implications and should, therefore, be decided at the federal level.
Nowhere was "overstepped" said. Quotes from referenced article:
Justice Elena Kagan questioned the implications of a single state banning a candidate in a presidential election.
Kagan asked Jason Murray, the attorney for the Colorado voters, why one state should get to decide who runs for president nationally.
You guys can play word games and semantics all you want but Trump is going to be on the ballot in 50 states.
Here's Chief Justice Roberts remarks:
"In very quick order, I would expect ... that a goodly number of states will say, 'Whoever the Democratic candidate is, you're off the ballot,' and others, for the Republican candidate, 'You're off the ballot,' and it will come down to just a handful of states that are going to decide the presidential election. That's a pretty daunting consequence."
Here's what I wrote a few weeks ago:
'It's unconstitutional because Trump hasn't been convicted of any felonies, they will appeal the ruling to the SCOTUS where it will be overturned. How would Democrats feel if Biden wasn't allowed to be on a ballot?'

Great minds think alike.
I predict a SCOTUS ruling of at least 7-2 in favor of Trump, the majority ruling will state 'states have rights to disqualify local and state candidates but not federal elections such as for the President.'
So let it be written, so let it be done.

No word games. We simply pointed out that your attributing to Justice Elena Kagan the issue of Trump not being convicted of felonies was incorrect.
As to Trump remaining on state ballots, duh, we knew that from the start. The question is how the Supreme Court will justify their ruling.

Great minds, my ass. What Roberts said is entirely unrelated to your claim about felony convictions, which Kagan did not address, either.
No wonder the citizenry of this country is so poorly informed. They can't
think.
It don't matter, the states Colorado and New Hampshire are so mad they won't vote for trump on the ballot.
Solved. Trump is a loser and they know it.

If you read more of my comments on that thread you will see I said the same thing as Roberts.
Biden can't think either, he said he met dead foreign politicians recently. He got Macron confused with Mitterrand who died in 1996.

Stop watching The View and MSNBC so you can be informed of what's going on in the world.
If Biden taught geography:

Again, the only one talking about the felony conviction thing is you. Roberts didn't mention it, and neither did Kagan.
Just take your L like a man and move on.

Biden is going to take an L when Trump wins this November.
Biden again misspoke and said he talked to "President Sisi of Mexico".

That was a double blunder as I said above because he meant Egypt not Mexico and the Egyptian President's last name is officially El-Sisi so I guess he got his name half right?

Why is it when Biden messes up names and countries it's a sign of mental decline but when Trump does it you hand wave it away?

They both make gaffes but Biden does it more often, at least Trump doesn't talk to dead people.

Trump probably will be on all the ballots but he belongs in prison for what he caused on J6.
it will come down to just a handful of states that are going to decide the presidential election
it already is a smaller number than that.

PA, MI, GA, maybe AZ just like the last election. CA is irrelevant as usual.
