I recognize the name from UTRRose's discord channel. He joined that in June '18.
He was not at the party Friday night.
He did make a reference to "river city" in the party thread this weekend. I tried looking to see if he was saying he lived in the Sac area but the thread conversation is hard to follow.
I know him and highly recommend his being made a part of our community.
