What gets me is NYC is a lawless mess, people getting murdered on the street and the DA is going after Trump on a weak misdemeanor case. They need to get the violent criminals off the streets first.

So weak that Cohen got 3 years.
He had to take out home equity loan to pay off Stormy. Then Trumped paid him back and claimed a tax deduction.

It's so weak they can't even get the grand jury to decide to prosecute.
If they don't prosecute then the DA will have egg on his face.
Face it...this case is purely political. If he's convicted what will be the sentencing?

A crime is a crime. Or are you saying certain people shouldn't be prosecuted because they are above the law?

Romanticlover

Some crimes are more serious than others, get the murderers off the streets then they can waste tax-payers money and time on Trump.

Politics undoubtedly plays a role; the DA is, after all, an elected official.

More importantly, the DA is duty-bound to prosecute all crimes that are brought to him, not just the most serious ones.

Besides, Trump has gotten away with tons of obvious criminal behavior, both in and out of office. And, speaking of politics, if the Republican senators hadn't let him off the hook in the first impeachment we'd have avoided January 6th.

"Bombshell" document has been around since 2018. Much has transpired in this case since then.

It is pathetic how Trump lovers keep protesting this case.

To Republicans and Democrats, sit back eat popcorn and wait to see if anything comes from it. IF Trump is indicted and arraigned, then perhaps we will have something to talk about. Of course I would be more interested in the jury verdict, assuming there is a trial.

It's Tuesday and the grand jury is still deliberating, yesterday they heard testimony from the ex-CEO of The National Enquirer.

Many going crazy waiting for criminal charges.  The NY court did what Trump does, they lied about court dates?  Maybe, to ward of Trump's War? Trump is never transparent banking his money from his people.  NY court and the grand jury got him over Stormy Danial's.  Laughing, a porn star took out Trump.  HA HA HA  Trump and his people have all been wronged by America.  Like none of us have been wronged.  If those people had a trillion dollars they would still cry and complain.

The firm that owns the National Enquirer has agreed to pay $187,500 to the Federal Election Commission to settle complaints that it unlawfully aided Donald Trump's presidential campaign in 2016 by suppressing the story of an actress who said she had a sexual relationship with Trump.

The FEC concluded that American Media Inc., now known as A360 Media LLC, made an illegal corporate contribution to Trump's campaign by paying Karen McDougal $150,000 to give up the rights to her story about Trump.
