If members have accounts on other platforms, FB, IG, SC, etc, and want to talk about the Saloon good or bad it is okay to do so. Even bad publicity is publicity. The more people know about the Saloon the more members will join, the more members the more fun for everyone. The Saloon being in Nevada and not California is the most liberal site around as far as content allowed!
