First, there have been no credible allegations of wrongdoing with respect to Biden. Second, the FBI apparently found A LOT of stolen materials, including highly sensitive materials related to national security, during the lawful execution of the search warrant in August.
As to finding a good president, Trump has made it so I'm just happy to have a guy in there who isn't a psychopathic wannabe authoritarian who led an attempt to overturn a presidential election. I will claim there are 2 "Republican" parties now: traditional Republicans [e.g., Bush, Reagan] and what I will call "Trumplicans." The Trumplicans already have their candidate. The traditional Republicans may nominate De Satanist......ooooops DeSantis. One issue is in terms of elections those are not (yet) 2 separate parties so only one can win in a Republican primary. IMO Trump should form his own political party as he has done with social media. Then he probably could run uncontested in the primaries and would not have to engage in debates. Plenty of time to get on ballots.
Reminder: Presidential qualifications in reality do not require much....be over 35, US citizen, etc. I qualify.....lmao. They do not require one to have a brain, be able to run a country, etc. However there are other criteria that can make someone electable.

The defense would have a role in picking the jury so it's a bit hard to whine about that. Even a judge can be changed.
However at some point, perhaps after a lot of cry baby tantrums and delays from the Trump team, each side should declare they are happy with judge and jury and get on with a trial (if it comes to that). Or put 6 black Democratic women and 6 white male Oath Keeper or election denier types on the jury. That's why I don't think he'll be convicted. His team may attempt to ensure there will be at least one no vote from the jury (using bribes if required).
Trump should be happy he lives in the US. In some countries he would have been assassinated, executed, or sent to prison forever long ago with zero evidence.
