I don't but some modern technology is interesting.
This may be the way of the future. These houses start at 49,000. Thats $122 per sq. Still have to buy the property to sit it on and pay utility hookups... Even still this is cheaper than renting an apartment ... and has resell value.
I'm thinking there's a Jeff Foxworthy joke with that house.
Sadly, I see such a house in my future in my backyard...AND I AM LIVING IN IT!

You should be used to living in a house in the backyard...this house is a step up from the Dog House...lol
Very interesting... This would be great for a weekend getaway house up in the foothills or sierras.
