Yes a school clinic would be the perfect place for a school nurse to do a very complicated surgery in an unsterile environment with inadequate equipment.  Or maybe the school janitor does the surgeries?  Really a doctor disguised as a janitor?

Then perform the operations.  I am against children having gender operations and given gender alternating drugs.  Children don't fully mature until late teens. Brain is still developing.  I say children must wait until they are 18 then make that choice themselves.

might want fact check that one. nobody is taking kids from parents

When minors are involved medical and court usually all identification and information is sealed or cannot be disclosed so it would be very difficult to find out if gender change of minors has taken place.
