Oh that's right, he wants his people to not be in a place where they can survive, but in poverty so that they get back to jobs that weren't paying them enough to keep above the poverty line. Isn't that throwing people into poverty not with any help for them, but to MAKE them take jobs that don't pay enough to keep them above that line?
