Legman to Ground Control.  Is there such a thing as a "pre-vouch"? 

A hobbyist from yesteryear, Goodfire, contacted me thru a long time trusted provider.  (He asked her about me when he saw my Legman watermark on some of her pics.)  He has returned to the hobby after several years away.

We chatted over text a bit and said we had met a few times at the Couch.  I keep my personal life and hobby ID totally separate except to a very few trusted hobbyists.  He knows personal stuff about me that he could have only picked up from private conversations at the Couch.  And since my provider friend vouches for him as well, that is proof enough for me that he was one of us at one time.

I told him about FS and I'd vouch for him in case he applies for membership in this sacred clan.

Ur way too much of a whipper-snapper to not be in the game, blessing the ladies with your good looks and gentlemanly charm. For the past couple of years, I've needed a like minded hobby buddy since Turfpaver moved to the Villages FL on the  ultimate poon tang hunt.
