Speaking of fascism, Trump advisor Stephen Miller was one of the freaks who spoke at Sunday's event at Madison Square Garden. He borrowed a slogan from Nazi Germany when he bellowed:

America is for Americans and Americans only!

Such a slogan was used circa 1934 by the Nazis. Translated, it went, "Germany for the Germans – foreigners out." In today's Germany, using that slogan or the Nazi salute is illegal.
