At about  5 pm yesterday Politico published a draft written by Justice Alito concerning his opinion as to a case before the United States Supreme Court that is being ruled on.  As with all ruling, each Supreme Court Judge writes their opinion and then circulates it among the other judges. Someone got a hold of the draft probably was taken from one of the liberal judges and gave it to Politico who wasted no time publishing it to the public.

Upon the Politico Publication of the draft, the left went into hysteria, Roe v Wade is going to be overturned by conservative judges. A lot of that disinformation is floating around put out there by the left media.

It was Planned Parenthood that brought this current suit before the Supreme Court under Roe v Wade having to do with nine states having time limits for abortion. So far only one Supreme Court Justice's opinion is known. It is not a conspiracy of the Republican Judges to overturn Roe v Wade but it is possible they could.

It's not disinformation to draw logical inferences. According to the reporting:

It is nothing but hearsay... how many times in the past has hearsay been wrong? Can't make any determinations as to what is going on based on hearsay.

Leaking information about a pending decision of the Supreme Court or during jury deliberations is criminal. Apparently, the draft is the opinion of the majority of the court as it stands after the initial arguments were concluded. Politico will be forced to reveal who its source was, which they will not do, and the case most likely will go before the Supreme Court. It is obvious to me the leak's purpose was to put pressure and influence the court. In a case like this, I don't see any legal remedy for the person who leaked this to the press. Politico did nothing wrong, all they did was print a news story that was presented to them, which is perfectly legal under the First Amendment. Another sad day in America!
