I'm just hoping for a better year than this one has been.

I doubt 2023 will be my best year ever but it should be ok which I can accept.  My best years might be 1994 and 2017?  Should I count the year I was born as a good year?   How does one judge "best year"?  2022 was pretty good for me even if it wasn't for the world as a whole.  A dumb thing I saw on some of the celebrations today is some people acted like all the issues of 2022 will be gone tomorrow.  Nope, they'll still be there.
