Since Sen. Fetterman can't dress himself Chuck Schumer dropped the dress code, staffers still have to dress up though. Democrats lowering the bar again, maybe Diane Feinstein will show up to work in a bikini.

Fetterman is a fucking asshole. For him this is all political theater.  Chuck Schumer should grow a pair and have a "come to Jesus" meeting with Fetterman. 

And yes, in the total scheme of things there are bigger issues than this.

Now Newsom will have to appoint an interim Senator, he said recently he didn't want to do that but now needs to make a decision.

Given that a lot of high profile Democrats have previously announced their candidacy for the Senate Seat, Newman cannot pick one of them without upsetting the political apple cart. He should find someone that agrees to not run for the seat.

That could obviously be a huge boost to them if he did. 
Maybe Gavin should sell the seat like Blagojevich attempted to...LOL.

He said he'd appoint a black woman last time then appointed a Latino male and said he'd appoint a black woman next time.  Next time is here but he does not want to seem to want to appoint Barbara Lee who is running for the seat.  I'd rather not see Barbara Lee appointed or winning the race.  If anyone thought Feinstein was "radical" check out Barbara Lee....she's left of left. 

Then there's Schiff who many hate now due to his involvement in Trump impeachment.

I can't stand Barbara Lee, her comments lately acts like she is owed the position.
One thing for sure is Newsom's phone is blowing up right now from politicians who want to be Senator. lol

Newsom's ass puckered when he heard the news of Diane's death. Now he has to do exactly what he did not want to do: make a tough decision and appoint a replacement.  This will be interesting...
