I don't need discounts which is probably why I don't know much about it or paid attention to whether one exists or not.

My vague recollection was there was a proposal/request in a forum long ago to make such a rents due forum and I got the feeling at that time that it didn't get much traction (which seems odd).

An alternative: if there is no rents due forum and you are seriously interested in one,  would you (luckyiam) be a mod and promote it to get it going?  That fits my saying of "if you don't like what someone else is doing , then do it yourself (instead of complaining, expecting others to do it for you, and so on]
