Justice Kagan who was appointed by Obama made remarks saying that CO overstepped their jobs by booting Trump off the ballot. Basically saying it was unconstitutional removing Trump when he hasn't been convicted of any felonies.
If liberal justices are leery then I believe the SCOTUS will rule in favor of Trump.

I didn't hear Kagan say anything at all about Trump not having been convicted of any felonies. Instead, she suggested that removing a candidate from a state ballot in a national election has national implications and should, therefore, be decided at the federal level.

Nowhere was "overstepped" said. Quotes from referenced article:

"In very quick order, I would expect ... that a goodly number of states will say, 'Whoever the Democratic candidate is, you're off the ballot,' and others, for the Republican candidate, 'You're off the ballot,' and it will come down to just a handful of states that are going to decide the presidential election. That's a pretty daunting consequence."

I predict a SCOTUS ruling of at least 7-2 in favor of Trump, the majority ruling will state 'states have rights to disqualify local and state candidates but not federal elections such as for the President.'

No word games. We simply pointed out that your attributing to Justice Elena Kagan the issue of Trump not being convicted of felonies was incorrect. 

As to Trump remaining on state ballots, duh, we knew that from the start. The question is how the Supreme Court will justify their ruling.

That was a double blunder as I said above because he meant Egypt not Mexico and the Egyptian President's last name is officially El-Sisi so I guess he got his name half right?
