This is not one of the out of country spammers that we have been banning like crazy.

She appears to be an actual provider that works in California.

That's not what I meant. I also found her PD ad which seem legit.  What I am wondering is if there are still some that think area codes on phone numbers mean anything.  (answer: they don't anymore).

Idk,  usually ladies with 916 area codes who are posting and working in Sacramento are newer providers and live in this area. They are working off their real number and havent found the need to get a fake number.

While nothing is a certainty these days, 916 area codes do tell me something about a new provider I find.
