Change To Guest Non Registered Views of Classifieds

I decided to deny non register guests, meaning the public at large to view classifieds.  With concerns over minors being able to view the Ads. There is actually no way to prevent minors from accessing our site. Click agree to the terms I am 18. There is a road block to stop spam bots and make it some what difficult to register.  Three questions must be answered correctly to register. Although this is not a solution it does show on our part we are doing what we can to deter minors and unwelcomed guests from registering.
