Why is it when Trump refused to take a test, that was his right, but for Biden it's indicative of something?

Not taking a cognitive test isn't the same as refusing to take one. And if some right-wing jackasses have "demanded" that he take some test and Biden hasn't taken one, that is also not the same as refusing to take a test.

Showing cherry-picked clips of Biden when he's stuttering is easy. But it doesn't necessarily demonstrate any cognitive decline and right-wingers who make that claim are talking out of their asses (as per usual).
