Update: make that at least three (misdemeanors).  He pleaded guilty today to 2 tax evasion and one firearm charge.

I believe the charge for having a gun while addicted to drugs is a felony. However, he is getting a diversion which is the typical way these cases are resolved.  He has to stay out of trouble and be clean. He may be subjected to random drug testing. His 2nd Amendment rights are revoked.
 
Being criminally charge for failure to pay taxes, when one has paid the back taxes is rare for an individual. Typically the IRS after receiving the taxes due resolves the case civilly.

As to other crimes, it would appear there are none that are prosecutable. Five years of investigations starting under Attorney Generals in the Trump Justice Department have not borne fruit.

I don't know anyone who thinks that, although it may come across that way, because, in a discussion forum about politics, the things that get discussed are usually the stark differences rather than the things we can all agree on.
