It doesn't seem that any of the nominees will need Democratic votes, because Trump has brought the Republicans to heel. If they'll confirm Hegseth, as it appears they will, then we might well see them confirm both Kennedy and Gabbard, both disastrous choices.

I saw someone on social media say that having RFK Jr lead the nation's health agencies would be like having a flat-earther lead NASA. That made the point rather well, I thought.

The people elected a clown, so we get to see a circus. Trump will add to the clown car with some of his cabinet picks. This will divert attention from the billionaire "ring masters" as they enrich themselves. Eat popcorn and watch the show.

People think Robert F Kennedy Jr. is crazy. However, he makes good points about how a lot of our food processing leads to an unhealthy population. RFK Jr. is expected to work to eliminate processed foods from school lunches and push for the removal of dyes from cereals and other items. He claims regulatory agencies such as the FDA have been working closely with corporate America to enhance profits rather than to benefit consumers. Link
