Biden was indicted in Delaware federal court on three counts tied to the possession of a gun while using narcotics. Two counts are tied to Biden allegedly filing a form claiming that he was not using illegal drugs at the time he purchased a Colt Cobra revolver in October 2018. The third count alleges that he possessed a firearm while using a narcotic.

As I recall Biden told on himself when wrote a book about his struggles with addiction and his journey to get clean.

If convicted he can be sentenced up to ten years in prison:

The biggest crime Hunter did was buy a Colt Cobra instead of a Colt Python. Granted I understand that they don't sell new Pythons anymore but still

Cobra is a snub nose(3" inch barrel), I would of bought an automatic.
