Sacramento area you have to make $60,000/yr to qualify for 1 bedroom apartment

Just pointing out a few things, none of this affects me. Paid off home 10 years ago.

Credit and income to qualify another issue that pissis me off.  People can have good credit and good income and be horrible remters.

I am too old and ill to deal with people renting.  Besides I would not be a slum lord who only cares about making money and does nothing to improve their rentals having no problem raising rent. Land is becoming so expensive making it almost impossible to build apartments on it.

The government needs to do better to keep rents as low as possible.  When working full-time at a good monthly wage rent is not a problem until you have to be on fixed income.

How will they not be allowed to profit?  Who will prevent them?  Who gets to decide?

Griping about donation rates is one thing, "not allowing" is quite another.
