Enjoy it while you can. Those of us on the other side will make sure those who are responsible will pay for what they did to Peanut the Squirrel.

Remember, Remember, (something that rhymes with Peanut the Squirrel)

Now that Trump is going to be President and will have a Republican Senate let's see how well the country will be governed. Looks like the House is yet to be determined.
In his victory speech Trump said:
  • The country is entering its golden age.
  • He will bring down the national debt.
  • He will reduce our taxes.
  • He will bring us together putting divisions in the past.

May God bless him and bless his ability to do the above.

The good news is that we won't have to worry about a riot at the Capitol by right-wing morons. So that's a relief.

There's also a question: If the Democrats were smart enough to steal the 2020 election, why couldn't they have also stolen this election? I'm so disappointed.

EDIT: I should clarify that my comment about the Democrats stealing the 2020 election was sarcasm. The point, which will sail far above the heads of the MAGAs, is that you can't say the Democrats weren't quite clever enough to steal this election and also believe the MAGA bullshit about the 2020 election.

The stolen election is a right wing conspiracy theory. Russian collusion is the left wing conspiracy theory. We need to get our conspiracy theories straight. Let's see how long it takes before we try to impeach him for Russian collusion again

I'm still trying to figure out how states like Mississippi, Tennessee, and Alabama went for Trump. It's got to be the red hats.

Right. We only have to worry about the city burners. When will it start? November 6th? Or will they wait until January 20th?

Had the capitol been in Sacramento, I'd have been down there for sure. Being violent? Heck no. Peacefully and patriotically expressing my concern for the validity of the late night votes that showed up sealing the victory that were certainly suspicious.

Did I accept Biden as president? Of course! Was I happy? No. But don't pretend the left never disagreed with Trump's 2016's election results validity.  It was never accepted.  Many specific examples of this including HC. (Which, if you deny I'd be happy to provide) which she was entitled to speak out about.  First amendment!

Signed
-right wing moron formerly an independent voter that leaned left, voted for Obama in his first term hoping there would be more healing to our racial divide... but the left's subsequent words and actions, left me, and others, away.

You also can, and of course will, continue to enthusiastically represent your positions.  Good for you. Again, first amendment.  I may not agree with you much, but I'll fight to give you the right to disagree.

You people are still comparing the riots in the summer of 2020 with the insanity at the Capitol? It was an inapt comparison then, and it's patently ridiculous now.

Suspicious? To who? Trump and his merry band of delusional sycophants? OK

There's a big difference between expressing legitimate concerns about Russian interference and pursuing frivolous claims of a stolen election facilitated by Hugo Chavez.

I wake up to a miracle, it looks like Americans have come to their senses:
Trump will be President, Congress will be controlled by Republicans and most of the idiotic props in Cali were rejected by the voters. Even residents in LA County(where I use to live) kicked lefty DA George Gascon to the curb, they had enough of the crime and lawlessness. Adam Schiff won but that was expected, he can try to impeach Trump again but it will go nowhere.

Make America Great Again.

Are we having fun yet?

The country has finally "woken" up!  I pray the country can get back on track!

Trump kept Harris tied to Biden.  Harris was given several chances to say what she would do different from Biden and she didn't answer.  Majority of voters did not want 4 more years of Biden.

About a week ago I realized Harris was losing the election because she wasn't saying what undecided voters needed to hear from her.

I don't think the campaigning was the difference. Instead, it was just the pendulum swinging back the other way.

If we still have a democracy in four years, it will swing back again.
