Many "conservatives" believe Elon Musk purchased Twitter because the libs were stifling their voices. Musk once claimed to be a "free speech absolutist."

Today, the megalomaniacal Musk used his power on the platform to stifle some MAGA voices himself.

I wonder if Trump cut Musk out of the loop or if he'll keep him around for his billions. Hard to know!

It's his website and he can do whatever he wants to.
I personally haven't logged on Twitter/X since he bought it.
Are we having fun yet?

Wow, a Democrat upset that Musk is trying to be bipartisan and calls him a megalomaniac for censoring Republicans.

I'm not upset, and I'm not calling Musk a megalomaniac because of this one thing. Also, this isn't an example of bipartisanship.

Anything else?

Well boo hoo.  Guess what.  Within the limits of the law, privately owned companies (like Twitter) can do what they want.  Is Twitter owned by its users?  No, so give me a break with regard to complaining about what Twitter or Musk on Twitter does. Yes we can debate whether his actions are agreeable to us or not but as Romanticlover said Musk can do what he wants on the site he owns.

I check out Twitter occasionally since I have an account there.  It has gone through some evolutions.  Predictable and consistent until Musk bought it.  Then there was a bit of a weird period where my feeds were messed up and had many things I was not interested in.  However more recently it seems their algorithm mostly recognizes what I am interested in (but throws in some ads or posts I am not interested in----I block those) so now I mostly get what I am interested in.  In large part it works for what I would like it to do.

Twitter does some things to some users that I find hilarious.  A "woman" will start a thread then in the middle of the thread Twitter will insert ADS that it thinks relate to what is in the content of the post.  Maybe she posts some pics in a bikini then BOOM Twitter puts in an ad from a store that sells bikinis right in the middle of her thread.

I wasn't complaining or suggesting Musk can't do what he wants with his toys. I was pointing out (a) his hypocrisy after claiming he bought the site to promote free speech and (b) the gullibility of people who believed him.
