A president who was actually strong would follow Teddy Roosevelt's advice to "speak softly and carry a big stick." Trump is a weakling who has convinced the foolish among us that he's strong.

Strength isn't in one's ability to tear things down. Any incompetent fool can do that. Strength is in one's ability to work with people to build things.

Trump is an elected official in the government and even though he tends to run rampant over it he does have some oversight as he's finding out from all of the various lawsuits

Musk is not in the government. He was not elected, and as of right now he has zero oversight keeping everyone including congressman out of the building while he's doing whatever he's doing.

But yeah, that sounds like someone you wanna trust with information that if it got out would not be good for anybody

I don't know why Dems are surprised what Trump is doing.  Maybe they were asleep when Biden was president.  Everything Trump is doing he outlined during his campaign.  Harris had no plan. Trump won the election and is a stronger president than Biden was.  Country after country are cooperating with the US.  Panama now says they will boot China out.  Mexico has agreed to Trumps demands. Canada has agreed. Trump being reelected contributed to the Cease fire in Gaza.  Biden could not have gotten a cease fire without Trump. Putin will sit down with Trump to discuss ending the Ukraine war. Democrats are upset because they along with Biden could not achieve in 4 years what Trump has achieved in just two weeks.

You make it sound as if you've done your own deep dive on USAID's mission and programs, and so you support Musk's illegal actions to gut those programs.

Even if you had become well-informed about USAID, why would you, a patriotic American, support Musk's and Trump's blatant illegality?
