Do we have a mechanic here? My daughters 2016 Honda Civic EX-L needs some major work,  according to Honda.

Cracked serpentine belt
Leaking transmission and oil gaskets
Transmission fluid exchange
Fuel injection cleaner
Possible spark plug replacements

Looking for something cheaper than the $3000 Honda is gonna charge me.😒

Injector cleaner is just an additive belt should not be hard to change, spark plugs, either work or they don't if it does not have a miss they are working
Transmission fluid change I would check maybe Walmart or Jiffy Lube should be a lot cheaper, as far as gaskets, they might stop as they're wet, but probably will keep leaking

I'm a mechanic and might be  able to help.

My recommendations:

Replace belt for sure.  It runs many critical things and if it breaks she is stranded (or should not drive car).
Monitor fluids and if leaking too much then do something.  Otherwise top them off.  Old cars do develop leaks.
Don't need injector service usually, since most gas contains cleaners.
Spark plugs might need replaced once in life of car these days.
Quote sounds like dealer rip off.  An independent should cost way less.
Dealer wans to fix every tiny problem to make car as good as it can be (and make the most money they can).
That's often a bit overboard.
