Remember when the government executed a valid search warrant at Mar-a-Lago and then Trump whined that it was some kind of grave injustice? And then a district court agreed with Trump's request that a "special master" be appointed to review the seized documents before the government could use them in its criminal investigation? Well, today, after some legal back-and-forth, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the district court judge fucked up, and Trump's lawyers' arguments were super stupid.

Basically, the appeals court said that the district court judge had no business intervening in the criminal investigation by the executive branch (i.e., DOJ) because Trump failed to demonstrate any reason why he should be given such special treatment.

Here's the link to the decision, which is crystal clear in rejecting all of Trump's arguments:

This appeal requires us to consider whether the district court had jurisdiction to block the United States from using lawfully seized records in a criminal investigation. The answer is no.
