The indictment — handed up after a single, extra-long day of testimony — is an unprecedented challenge of presidential misconduct by a local prosecutor. It brings charges against some of his most prominent advisers, including Rudolph W. Giuliani, his former personal lawyer, and Mark Meadows, who served as White House chief of staff at the time of the election.

At the heart of the indictment against Mr. Trump and his allies in Georgia are racketeering charges under the state Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, or RICO.

Like the federal law on which it is based, the state RICO law was originally designed to dismantle organized crime groups, but over the years it has come to be used to prosecute other crimes, from white collar Ponzi and embezzlement schemes to public corruption cases.

Keep in mind this is the President of the United States pressuring a state election official. Trump is clearly trying to intimidate him into changing the results of the election as certified by that official.

The judicial system has been weaponized by Bidens administration.

Most of  Georgia's Incitements in my opinion will be transferred to Federal jurisdiction since what is alleged to have happened, happened out of Georgia's jurisdiction.

Along with many politicians across the boards (All Parties) Have made the same accusations (statements) on previous elections with no consequences.

Therefore this is all media manipulation against 1 .

And the reason for the push for speedy trials is to get a hastily conviction to affect the elections. Most convictions (If Any) will be overturned on appeal.

The Demoncrats are tampering with elections and need to be accountable.
