Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un signed a new partnership that includes a vow of mutual aid if either country is attacked. This is a NATO style pact where an attack on one country is an attack on all.

Donald Trump has praised both these dictator.

Putin is doing the dance because Russia needs weapons from North Korea for their war against Ukraine. Putin will give Kim Jong Un needed technologies to further advance their nuclear program.
