Lurkers and Lookie Loos

Premium VIP Members and or members assigned to private groups could find themselves sent back to being just a regular member with no access to Premium or Private Groups should they fail to participate on those boards within 90 days or not at all. If a member doesn't want to post then they really have no reason to be a Premium VIP Member or assigned to private groups, now do they? Every 90 days Premium accounts will be looked at for no posts count and may be removed from Premium VIP Membership.  Some RB Groups stipulated no participation no access... We don't want lookie loos, lurkers or member accounts laying dormant that hacker could acquire.
