Quote from: Blkfyre on Jul 09, 2022, 10:16 AMWhat the Republicans are hiding and you willfully ignoring as you didn't do the research is that under TRUMP in 2018 an agreement was set up to do this:

https://www.eia.gov/todayinenergy/detail.php?id=35032

Republicans are hoping people like you won't realize THEY were the ones causing this and I guess it's working.

And it's not giving, it's being sold...
Giving is a figure of speech. It should not be going at all..
Another way for ChinaBiden to support China.
Republicans.. LMFAO.. Clear the shit from your eyes.
Problem is the reserves are reserves for our needs. Not to go on the National market to help other Countries.

Some of you may learn something by watching this.
ChinaBiden is for China Not us.

Then blame your own party. They are the ones who wanted to make a buck off of selling our reserves and the ones who ok'd it back when they were in power. This is NOT a Biden issue. THEY signed it away, go yell at them

Quote from: Blkfyre on Jul 09, 2022, 04:21 PMI didn't claim anything. The reason, as the economic link I sent said why we are sending oil out. And contracts are contracts. Or do you expect other countries to just back out of contracts with us if they want to?

Now you don't remember when gas prices went through the roof you said it was covid and Russia... Do we have contracts with other countries to send our National Reserves to?  I don't think so~ Other Countries? They should not have stopped importing Russian oil if they could not afford to do so... It is not up to the US to bail them out.

If you are talking Trump you might want to revisit history. Trump is the one {Administration} that built the reserves and Military back up after the previous Administration let it go..

Drowning in crude, U.S. drillers say Trump strategic reserve plan is no lifeline. Link

As we have previously discussed Biden releasing oil from the reserves is going to have minimal impact
on bringing down gas prices at the pump.

May won't help to lower the prices but exporting the oil will ensure it won't...

Obvioiusly you didn't visit the link, again not educating yourself. The Republican congress under Trump are the ones who signed the contract to sell off the oil reserves you and your huckster links are blaming on Biden. The deal was made YEARS ago...

You are not a moron are you? Everything changed when Biden became president. Trump had opened up drilling on federal lands, fracking, coal production, the Key Stone Pipeline and other things to boost American energy production, then Biden came along and shut it all down, gas prices started soaring. Now here we are with record highest gas prices and energy costs. Biden doesn't understand what the fuck happened and neither do you!

Nope, not a moron. None of that has anything to do with republicans and Trump making contracts to sell oil from the reserve and those contracts coming due and as LEGALLY OBLIGATED the US sold the oil per the quite legal contracts.

As the Trump administration comes to an end, the time has come to study the impact of its energy policy. Link

Biden will make a three-stop trip to the Middle East in mid-July that includes a visit to Saudi Arabia, pushing energy policy into the spotlight as the U.S. and other countries face soaring fuel prices that are driving up inflation. Biden said he would continue to make the case that all Gulf States should raise oil output.

Biden has sought to play down any direct talks with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, who U.S. intelligence officials implicated in the killing and dismembering of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi in the Saudi consulate in Istanbul in 2018. Link

I agree but what Biden did was like slamming the brakes on a train it became a train wreck... Biden should have taken smaller steps not just wiped out what Trump had put in place all at once.
