The documents case was "thrown out" under Judge Cannon's wacky new theory that the U.S. Attorney General has no authority to appoint a special counsel. That ruling will be appealed, and Trump will lose because the judges on the Eleventh Circuit will, for the second time in this case, roll their eyes at one of Cannon's stupid opinions. It will probably take a while, but eventually, the case will come back to life, provided Trump doesn't win the election.

Most likely Trump will be re-elected so you don't have to worry about that frivolous case anymore.

Good news for the rule of law! With the Supreme Court finally done with Trump's immunity appeal, Judge Chutkan once again has jurisdiction over the election interference case in D.C.

A hearing is set for August 16th.

Congress better work together to clarify immunity of the president otherwise Trump pos will do things that will have to be answered by SCOTUS and sure don't want that!
