I am not a Christian.  I've always leaned left. But since 2016, my values ultimately align more with the right. More so with Christian values than non Christians. I was always a middle of the road kind of guy. I've watched people's positions and policies.  ((Fuck your feelings))

I've always tried to stay silent and just absorb what the flow was. Trying to understand people's positions that were different from mine. I try to consider policies and positions first. Ultimately I found myself being forced to decide which side I'm on.

If I lose friends... that sucks. You should allow for others to have differing opinions....

I voted 3 weeks ago because I vote by mail and have for about the last 20 years.
I love it when I can ignore all the texts, e-mails, and flyers I get from all the morons (who I only ever hear from when they want my vote) trying to tell me how I should vote after I already did.

I would say it is natural for people's leanings to change as they get older.  Mine definitely have.  I voted strictly along party lines and based on what I would call ethics or the good of the whole in my 20s.  Now I vote for what I feel is best for me.  I noticed much of that is based on its potential financial impact on me.  Put another way I seem to be much less idealistic and much more practical than I used to be.  I consider myself an independent and what I vote for may seem scattered to some but as I said the unifying theme for me is what does my vote do for me.  I almost always vote against bonds and taxes for example especially if they do not directly help me.  Call it selfish if you want, but at this point in life I am more interested in helping myself than others.  I did the helping others thing when I was younger.

blig, I would still talk to you.  I wish more people had an attitude like yours where conversations about politics (or really anything) could be more respectful but that seems to rarely be possible in America now.  I am going on a group trip (to Guatemala) starting 2 days after the election and one thing I asked the trip leader is if we could ban discussion of American politics because I feel the way certain people discuss it could destroy the mood of the trip and interactions among the travelers.  I've seen it happen before.  I've seen families broken up due to it.

Well...  I guess the good thing is, if the vote does go Trump's way, we'll all be done with these silly elections.  Lol..    We will all be able to witness "The Rise And Fall Of the 4th Reich" ! God help us all...  Wait, we don't need god anymore, we got Trump.

Sorry CigarMan, I disagree because after the election about 49.9% will be unhappy and continue to whine and attack the other side no matter who wins.  I can only hope there is more focus on hobbying.  I've been advocating for the political forum here to be deleted for YEARS.  Why is it here? Providers see that and run the other way because most don't want drama on any website they participate in, even if they never participate in a political forum. Plenty of places to discuss politics, and only politics.  Few places to discuss hobbying.  Forums on a website reflect the tone of the website and I believe that girls DO just wanna have fun.  They don't want to see potential clients arguing about things they care very little about.

The Harris campaign is falling apart, thank God.  As I have stated many times, I hate all politicians, but there is no better system on earth.  The left is actively trying to destroy this Republic (the democracy people can go fuck themselves because mob rule works so well) and they have no other ammo than the "Fourth Reich" type of bullshit.  Trump is clearly not perfect, but who the hell is, and I believe that at THIS point in time, he is the RIGHT man for the job, just like Reagan was for his time.

I have also voted.  In my county, there is only mail in or drop off voting.  There are no in person polling places.  That disappoints me greatly, because every previous election, I loved to walk into the polling place, tell them my name and whip out my State Sponsored ID and watch their little heads explode when they told me, "Oh no!  We don't need to see that!", kinda like not needing to see the penis of one of the current crop of boys, pretending to be girls, in women's sports!!!!

I have lost friends over this and I don't give a fuck.  It's NOT about Trump or Harris, it's simply about good vs evil and sometimes the only option is to vote for LESS evil.  If voters can't see that, then I have no fucking use for them. 

Singing and dancing as I watch Donald Trump 34Felon cancel events because he's exhausted.  He will not be President (will not show medical records, covering it up).  He's declining day by day.  His MAGA cult is not very happy about this and refusing to admit he is DONE.  And, laughing real hard how Elon Musk is spreading more conspiracy lies about anything.  And he can't talk, his speech in Pennsylvania was pathetic.  He has money and MAGA think he is God.  ELON IS EVIL.  I am the girl who is saying "NO" to elon since everyone around him is a YES PERSON.

I once support Elon Musk/Tesla but not anymore.  He's a criminal like Trump.  I've done extensive research on the unhinged immigrant from South Africa who doesn't love America (his father had 2 kids with stepdaughter, elon hates his dad who raised him).  He conned his 1st wife and 6 kids after the divorce.  He gave them nothing.  And Grimes with 3 kids made arrangements to see their their dying great-grandmother in Canada, Elon made sure it DID NOT happen.  Elon grabs women by the pussy just like trump.  Elon is not a good person, evil like Trump. He is a women hater.  THEY hangs out together, DIDDY ELON TRUMP MELANIA on Epstein Island.  Elon and trump like sex trafficking sex offenders.

I voted for HarrisWalz 2024, a clear choice.  They love America, they love the Constitution.  I love America and how it has blessed my life for freedom and creativity.

Dogwalker:  I don't discuss politics with clients unless I know they are with me.  I've found ways for WHO they are for.  Honestly, this election is messing with emotions like never before.  This election is not normal.  I see how clients have chronic stress and they don't know it.

If they see your money they typically don't care about you arguing with other hobbyist on political matters. On MyRedBook there were at least 2 active political forums, which had no impact on the site's hobby/provider interactions.
