The Democrats will start riots and hysteria like they had before. And yes just like they instigated and started J6 as well.
MAGA will control Congress and get it done this time without the Bullshit from the left blocking them.
Corrupted D.O.J. and F.B.I. I hope is revamped or goes away due to their activity the last 4 years.

Trump 2024... Popular vote as well..
Life is good today.
Do Not Forget retribution for all those lies as well. Just like the Left has been doing for the last 6 years for those that opposed them.

Another note, California has voted Schift, crazy to vote a liar and distributor of fake evidence. For one, I hope he gets his dues...

Quote from: bats on Today at 02:24 AMYou people are still comparing the riots in the summer of 2020 with the insanity at the Capitol? It was an inapt comparison then, and it's patently ridiculous now.
Suspicious? To who? Trump and his merry band of delusional sycophants? OK

Where did all of the votes go from 2020? This, is what I mean when I say suspicious. Sad SMF doesn't format this cleanly. Hope it's legible.

Quote from: bligslick on Today at 01:24 AM....But don't pretend the left never disagreed with Trump's 2016's election results validity.  It was never accepted.  Many specific examples of this including HC...
By the same token, let's NOT PRETEND that there is an equivalency or "whataboutism" here.

Unlike Trump, Hillary Clinton gave a concession speech acknowledging that she lost the election.

After Trump 2016 election thousands of people across the country marched and shouted "Not My President" there were some who burned EFFIGIES of Trump. These were not "city burners" to be conflated with the riotous elements of peaceful protests about issues NOT related to an election.

Obama met with Trump after the election to aid in the transfer of power. The Nation saw the gracious transfer of power by Mr. and Mrs Obama and President Trump and the new first lady.

Trump didn't even show up at the Biden inauguration.

OMG, even on a supposed happy election results there is are conspiracy theories of voter skullduggery  to be pushed. You think maybe ALL the votes are not yet counted. You think maybe not as many people voted in the 2024 election as the 2020 election. Despite unique challenges to voter registration and voting created by COVID-19 and heightened concerns about turnout as a result, the 2020 election had the highest voter turnout of the 21st century. The simplest explanation, also usually the best, is that the Democratic votes from 2020 didn't turn out in 2024.

Why? I don't know, but there was no evidence of significant vote fraud in 2020. Those claims were thoroughly debunked, rejected by the courts, and, in any case, implausible given the decentralized nature of our national elections.

Citing these numbers as the basis of your "suspicion" is worse than Trump saying Biden couldn't possibly have won given the crowd sizes at the stupid rallies.

@HighStepper, you could be right about the votes not being fully counted so far. Good point.

As far as whataboutism, there's been plenty of that. From both sides.

Let's just say there are fine people on both sides of this.  That you completely disagree with me on many issues. I'm okay with that too. Clearly there are plenty of vocal people who agree with you and many silent ones that agree with me. I'm going to go play golf, and later, get some work done. Either way, whatever happened last night. My life won't change much, but... I'll have a skip in my step for at least a short while

Like I said a month ago, it was Latino voters that made
the difference. 20% more voted for Trump this election
compared to 2020. Also Republicans were energized to vote whereas Democrats not so much.
Are we having fun yet?

By state law Pennsylvania is one of the few states that can't start counting votes until AFTER polls close on election day so yeh there MIGHT be a delay in getting their final tally although it ended up not mattering as much as some thought since Trump may end up winning nearly all the other swing states.  Due to the numbers, Harris couldn't lose more than 1 or 2 swing states or she'd lose the election.
